During the last few weeks we have talked about the importance of nature and connecting to it; we had a nature challenge that was taken up by quite a few of you…and several people confirmed Einstein’s quote: “Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better”. Then we were daydreaming on clouds to help the flow of ideas and to create space in our heads.
Now it’s time to take the next step and create new habits!
If we keep doing/thinking and being the same old same old, it is very unlikely that our lives will change…we stagnate and something within us slowly dies.
How often have you wished you could change things in your life and kept at it? I know I have…and one day I got challenged to create one small change to get the ball rolling (which I will touch on below)…an easy enough thing to do…it does not have to be earth shattering, it can be simple, small, achievable.
For instance, if you tend to wake up grumpy, decide that first thing in the morning you will smile…at nobody but yourself, and see what happens. This is easy enough, no?
Many years ago, when I was firmly ensconced in the rut of corporate life and really stressed, I needed to change something…someone suggested I learn to meditate, and I did…20 minutes a day that I fit into my early morning. That started a change I had not at all foreseen, it helped bring me where I am today…and still I create new habits from time to time…
Want to try and see what can be set in motion? What new habit are you willing to introduce into your life?
Let me know by clicking here and I will gift you with an archetype questionnaire for you to fill out. Send it back to me, which will automatically get you a complimentary reading where we’ll review it together. I will tell you all about your archetypes (your blue print or make up) AND I will provide you with and analysis of your blueprint that will provide you with insights into your life.
Trust me, if you take the step to make one small change, it will lead to MAJOR CHANGES that will benefit you for the rest of your life!
Looking forward to hearing from you soon
