Daydream Challenge

In my last blog, I mentioned my garden here in Portugal, which gives me so much joy and grounds me in reality; another wonderful feature of this place are the skies…contrary to Hong Kong, where mostly they are now grey, here, be they dawn, dusk, midday, bright or announcing rain, the skies are vibrant, the clarity of the air is crystalline. I often just sit and daydream upon them, watching the clouds.

You might think this is a waste of time…I have found that it is actually very productive! As I let my thoughts wander while my eyes feast on the beauty, solutions and ideas “pop up” and form easily and I return from my “journey” refreshed and invigorated.

So my second challenge: go out or look out of your window and daydream…even if it’s only for 5 minutes…and see what happens. Is your stress reduced? Are you feeling calmer, more present and centred? Or perhaps more antsy?

What was your experience? Click here, to let me know about it. As a thank you for taking this challenge I will tell you what your archetypes are. How? By filling out an archetype questionnaire (that I’ll send you). That’ll tell me what your archetypes are and trust me…it’’ll change the way you live your life!

I’ll explain it all to you once you take the time to fill it out and pick a time for me to go over it with you. I will provide you with an analysis of your blueprint and give you insights into your life…all this for taking up the challenge of daydreaming… Go for it!

Also watch out for my video on Facebook and LinkedIn!

I look forward to hearing from you!
